When a dog began barking while its owner was away, we called the front desk to complain and were told there was nothing that could be done. The front desk people on the second day seemed bored and indifferent to the guests. But it was the extras that doomed this rating. The person at the front desk, however, said she would store our freezer items in the hotel freezer. I was told it did but, it turned out, it did not. And before making the reservation I had called to see if the room mini-fridge had a freezer compartment. (We took this room after the first room we were given had a terrible odor.) There wasn't really a table in the room that two people could eat at, however. We had a large clean room with a very comfortable bed.
